Every cup of tea begins with hands that work through cold winter dawns. This winter we are bringing warm support to tea-worker families in Sylhet Division, guided by the workers themselves. প্রতিটি চায়ের কাপের শুরু সেই হাতে, যারা শীতের ভোরেও কাজ করে। এই শীতে আমরা সিলেট বিভাগের চা শ্রমিক পরিবারগুলোর কাছে উষ্ণতা পৌঁছে দিতে চাই, শ্রমিকদের নিজেদের মতামত নিয়েই।

Fog settles over the rows. In many gardens the working day begins in the dark, when the cold is sharpest.সারি সারি চা গাছের ওপর কুয়াশা নেমে আছে। অনেক বাগানে কাজের দিন শুরু হয় অন্ধকারে, যখন শীত সবচেয়ে তীব্র।

Dew soaks sleeves and fingers. During last winter's cold spells, news reports described temperatures as low as 7°C in Sreemangal while early work continued.শিশিরে ভিজে যায় হাত আর কাপড়। গত শীতের শৈত্যপ্রবাহে সংবাদমাধ্যম শ্রীমঙ্গলে ৭°সে পর্যন্ত তাপমাত্রার কথা জানিয়েছিল, তখনও ভোরের কাজ থেমে থাকেনি।
